From what you’ve read so far, it’s probably becoming clear that we’re very different from other companies. For starters, we’re non-hierarchical. Of course, managers are inspirational leaders who are looked up to and respected. But that doesn’t mean they’re treated differently from the rest of us. They sit in open-plan offices with everyone else (even the Managing Director), which makes them all very approachable. Great if you’ve got a question to ask, or a good idea to share.

We believe in empowering our Associates, giving them projects with real responsibilities, pressures and challenges. And that’s why you’ll need to be ready to grow and constantly improve when you join.

We take these very seriously, and actively encourage Associates to respond, we then act on the results their opinions generate.
